We’re expecting a new addition to the family!

WE’RE EXPECTING A NEW ADDITION TO THE FAMILY! 

Valley Pool & Spa is expecting a new addition to the family in March 2018! Since 1967 the Valley Pools family has been constantly growing. First, starting with giving jobs to friends and family to now opening the sixth Valley Pool & Spa retail store in Ross Township, Pennsylvania. 

Owners Corinne and Jeff Kraft, who acquired the company in 1987 from Corinne’s grandparents, Jim and Dolly Harding, are delighted to open another brick and mortar location to expand their ever-growing family. The reins of the new addition North Hills location will be given to Amanda Chittister, current Assistant Manager of the Valley Pool & Spa Washington, Pa location. Amanda started with Valley Pool & Spa in early 2014 and has proved that she is ready to take on a new adventure with the North Hills location. The new location is due to open March of 2018 and will be in the McIntyre Square Plaza along McKnight Road. Joining many already popular household names such as At Home, OfficeMax, Giant Eagle, Steinmart, and more. Also across the road from the new Valley Pool & Spa location is the redeveloped Northgate Mall. 

In a time when most consumers have been turning to online sales, Valley has been part of the superior customer service that is missing from the cyber shopping world. Valley Pool & Spa prides themselves on training and educating the entire staff with trouble shooting, water chemistry, and mechanics of everything the retail stores sell. They stand behind each and every product they sell and will never turn their back on figuring out a solution to a problem dealing with pools and spas.
